Service Science Factory, Faculty of Business & Economics, Maastricht University

For four months, I collaborated on an interdisciplinary team of Master students, researchers, and professionals during a Service Science Factory research sprint. Our challenge was to conceptualize a new way to address the community’s needs regarding youth mental health services using design-thinking approaches.

Main Contributions:

  • Collaborated on an interdisciplinary team with colleagues with psychology, business, and design backgrounds
  • Researched prevention programs for childhood internalizing and externalizing behaviors that could be implemented in the UniqUM service
  • Created accessible presentations of our findings and ideas
  • Discussed ideas with prevention experts and developmental psychologists
  • Contributed to ideating the final proposed solution
